Well, it may not be summer quite yet, but it sure feels like it today! With the warmer weather, comes fresh air, blossoming flowers and an overall excitement of new beginnings! For us photographers, the warmer weather also brings an increase in engagement and wedding photography, which always makes me smile. I love being able to pull out my 50mm or 100mm lens at weddings to capture all the beautiful details. Here are some of my favs from previous seasons, enjoy!

I love the juxtaposition of my work/life balance...city by day, country by night. I find I am always in awe of the simple complexities of life...the new bud emerging from a dry empty branch on a cool spring day, to the way a newborn baby can crawl to the breast for milk without yet opening its eyes.
The silver lining is in the sound of my children crying as they call out “mama”, running into my arms, for I know they are home, with me.
The ebb and flow of life is all in perspective, there is always something to be grateful for, our job is to find out what it is...
